Limited Lifetime Warranty

Vuber is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Vuber devices, backed by our customer care and product expert team. We warranty our vaporizers against failure for the lifetime of the product (2 years for lithium-ion batteries). Damage caused by improper use, physical abuse, moisture exposure, or any activity other than vaping – will not be covered under warranty. There is a shipping and handling fee of $6.99 per item replaced. Cartridges, atomizers and heating coils will need to be replaced over time and are therefore are not covered in Vuber’s limited lifetime warranty.

Products must be registered within 30 days of purchase from an authorized retailer in order to qualify for Limited Lifetime Warranty.
